Spicy Devilled Eggs

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 avocado, peeled and stoned
  • 4 tbsps Nando’s Perinaise - Medium
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
  • zest of one lime
  • coriander, chopped
  • sesame seeds to sprinkle, toasted

    Boil the eggs for 8 minutes and let cool. Remove the shell, cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.

    Blend the yolk with the avocado, Nando’s Perinaise, chopped jalapeño and lime zest.

    Place the Perinaise mixture back into the eggs where the yolks were, sprinkle with coriander and sesame seeds.
