    Marinade the chicken or aubergine in the Nando’s Prego Sauce for one hour. Cook on the braai for 10 minutes on either side.

    Lightly toast the buns on the fire, add the cooked chicken or aubergine, add extra Nando’s Prego sauce and enjoy with spicy charred pineapple salad.
