Grilled Cauliflower

  • 4 tbsps Nando’s Vegan PERinaise
  • 2 tbsps Nando’s PERi-PERi sauce (choose your flavour)
  • 1 head of cauliflower, sliced into pieces
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tsps salt
  • 3 tbsps toasted white sesame seeds

    Preheat the oven to 200 °C. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower, Nando’s PERi-PERi Sauce, oil and salt and toss well to evenly coat the cauliflower pieces with the sauce and oil.

    Arrange on a sheet pan and roast the cauliflower in the oven for 20 minutes, turning the tray and lightly tossing the pieces halfway through.

    Once the cauliflower is done, cover with dollops of Nando’s Vegan PERinaise and enjoy!
