Creamy Caesar Salad

  • 1/2 cup Nando’s PERi-PERi Creamy Garlic
  • 1 french loaf, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1x 160 g pack cos lettuce
  • 1/3 cup shaved Parmesan
  • 2 eggs, soft boiled and halved
  • 8 anchovy fillets
  • 6 – 8 capers

    Toast the french loaf slices in the oven until lightly browned.

    Toss the lettuce leaves with the Nandos’ PERi-PERi Creamy Garlic sauce.

    Divide the salad between 2 plates and serve garnished with the french loaf croutons, boiled egg halves, anchovies and capers.

    Tip: Don’t boil the eggs for any longer than 6 minutes if you prefer a runny yolk.
