  • 4 tbsps Nando’s Garlic PERi-PERi Sauce
  • 4 sweetcorn, blanched
  • 4 knobs of butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Mix the butter and Nando’s Garlic PERi-PERi Sauce and use to spread over the sweetcorn. Set some of the spiced butter aside.

    Braai over medium coles, turning regularly, for about 15 - 20 minutes until cooked and serve with the rest of the spiced butter and Nando’s Garlic PERi-PERi Sauce.
