Chickpea "Choona" Mayo Toasties

  • 2 tbsps Nando’s Vegan Perinaise
  • 2 slices of your favourite bread
  • 1 400g tin of chickpeas
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Smash the drained chickpeas in a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients. Served on toasted bread.
